Quartz Stone Installation Standard
① Before installing the countertop, it is necessary to check the flatness of the cabinets and base cabinets on site, and check whether there is an error between the quartz stone countertop to be installed and the size of the site, and the general error is within 5mm-8mm.
②When installing quartz stone countertops, it is necessary to keep the distance between the stone and the wall. Generally, the gap is within 3mm-5mm. The main purpose of leaving this gap is to prevent the stone countertops and cabinets from expanding due to thermal expansion and contraction in the future. After the installation is complete, glass glue needs to be applied to the gap.
③The adjusted countertop is glued to the under-table pad and the base cabinet with glass glue.
④For some L, U-shaped countertops or some super-long countertops, which need to be spliced, professional glue should be used when bonding. There should be no visible polishing marks.
